Embroidered Jumper
Trace your design onto Aqua film. The aqua film allows you to sew into your garment, without having to draw straight onto it. The aqua film will dissolve in water once you are finished sewing.
Chose which garment you are going to sew onto, make sure it is a suitable size for your design.
Place your aqua film design where you want it on your garment, and secure it with an embroidery hoop to keep the two layers tight.
I used white thread so it would stand out against the dark jumper. Follow the lines you have drawn.
Keep sewing and building up your design.
Keep sewing to build up your design.
If your design is too big to fit into one embroidery hoop, finish the part you are on and then secure the embroidery hoop in another part of your design and continue sewing.
Once you have finished all your sewing and all of the treads are secure, cut away the excess aqua film so that the dissolving process is quicker.
